If ye're onythin lik masel, ye'll pit a ferr dod o time passit wonnerin whither there's words fur graith in Lallans that ye've ayeweys scrieved in Staunert Inglis. I've thocht tae masel mony a time that aiblins I can but scrieve hauf a sentence (lik that word richt ther!) an' then i run oot o Lallans an' stert oan Inglis. I dinna fun this satisfactory (ther we ur agane!) at aw, it jist disny seem richt!

Sae here's the online Scots dictionar, fur aw yer Lallans litry needs! Jist click oan 'hame' an' ye'll fun 'Scottis tae Inglis' an' aw....

A bit misleading sometimes as with the Stor-Data... for example, type in "man", and you get "gadgie", which is a word you'd tend to use in specific ways, not general.

MacWhachle ??? (i have a very small Scots 'dictionary' that claims that word is a 'jocular nickname for any toddler' in West Central Scotland. Don't know how accurate that is but i quite like it).
