From Traquair:
I see a bit of Unionist lovefest going on at Brown's apparent success. I suggest you guys should be careful what you wish for - enjoy - Looks like Brown has managed to achieve top billing for Britain on the world stage. Shame it is at the wrong end of the billing - and they call this guy a financial Super Hero?

http://tinyurl.com/6kqc3xSo pretty clear evidence of a severe recession and Brown has managed to place the UK as the most severe of all. Perhaps it will be time to cut some the grotesque spending of this rotting want to be world power. Time for Britain (aka England) to live within its means and realize it is just another mid size country of about the size of Columbia. while they are at it they can cut Scotland loose from world stage prancing Britishness which we subsidize for them.
Congratulations Unionists you have a free pass to continue your Asset Stripping of Scotland for a bit longer. Jim Spowart, the Scottish Patriot and proven entrepreneur & financial expert who is putting tremendous efforts into finding a better alternative for HBOS is apparently getting increasingly concerned that Brown's actions are endangering the Union. And this from Jim as a declared Unionist. "the UK Government would be putting the Union at risk if it allows the merger of HBOS and Lloyds TSB to go ahead."
And according to Mr Spowart who should know better than anybody else the level of potential damage inflicted by Brown's latest Thatcherite like asset stripping of Scotland, he believes that just with HBOS the potential damage is much worse than reported.
"Mr Spowart said that the word in the City had been that a merged HBOS would be aiming to make cuts of £3bn, and the implication of that was that 100,000 jobs would be at risk in Scotland, including direct employment and support industries like accountancy and law, in and around Edinburgh."
http://tinyurl.com/5qqrhuEnjoy your Brown made recession, if you are lucky you might still have a job and house over your heads in the coming year. Of course if any you actually live in Scotland then the chances are much worse of not having a job or a house.
