This site is run by an American who promotes Pan-Seccesion as a means to help dismantle global Imperialism. What are your thoughts on these articles and the ideas here on this site in general?

Only took a scance at it, but the fundamental idea is sound IMHO. Empires and megastates broken up, massive transnational monopolies as well... there is perhaps global action needed on certain environmental issues and space explorations, but a lot of other things could and should be done at a smaller local level.

I'd like to see an independent Scotland be decentralised, i.e. not all the power in Edinburgh, Glasgow or the Central Belt... regional assemblies in the islands, and in areas such as Galloway, the north east, Borders, Highlands etc.

By the way, my main concern about the site is that it is possibly run by one of these far right Americans who call themselves "Libertarians".

NB - I am not the same person as the poster "Scottish republic".
