To those privileged to know him, Tosh was not only a true patriot but an enthusiastic artist, and one with a fine eye for detail. During his years in prison, he studied the Celtic art form in great detail and became very proficient in the style. He gifted several examples of his work to Siol nan Gaidheal, and we are happy to reproduce them here in memory of our friend. Please note that these works are all originally copyright © Andrew Neill MacIntosh, and may not be used, copied or reproduced without the express permission of Siol nan Gaidheal.
Drawings and Sketches
Many of these reproduce very well on photographic paper, and permission is hereby granted to reproduce them for personal use only. They may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
"Despite everything, the ancient fires still smoulder in Scotland. The odd spark may fly harmlessly away, but blow on the embers, kindle the right kind of flame, and those fires will spread throughout this land."
